MSM has successfully completed the construction of the new Fruitfield retail development in Richhill, Co Armagh. Located just off the main Armagh to Portadown road, this major project has involved the construction of a new retail supermarket under the Eurospar brand, a filling station forecourt with 4nr pumps and a 128-space car park.

MSM started on-site in April 2014 and completed the project within a 10 month timeframe.

The 3,000m2 retail unit provides a main food hall with approximately 720m2 retail space, “The Scullery” restaurant, in-store bakery, butchery, hot food counter, an off-sales, stores, welfare accommodation and offices. Two retail units were constructed at basement level to a shell finish for future fit-out by the prospective tenants. A car valet building and covered fuel store have been constructed adjacent to the retail unit and a standalone ATM building with 2nr cash machines is constructed in the car park.
