MSM was founded in 1985 and over the past 30 years has become a highly respected construction company operating throughout Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK. We have well established working relationships with many public and private sector clients and are experienced in all aspects of construction services across a range of sectors and working under various forms of contract.

We have built our reputation on developing and sustaining lasting relationships and consistent performance reliability. Our problem-solving culture and experience has ensured we have provided project solutions which have met our clients’ specific requirements.

We are acutely aware that our clients are primarily concerned with quality, time and cost. We give these three factors equal bias as neglecting one factor creates the risk of a detrimental effect upon the other two. This approach is embedded in our company culture, forms the three points of the “MSM Quality Triangle” and is the guiding principle when constructing the projects we undertake.
