MSM Contracts has now started work on a new hotel development on Main Street in Portrush, called The Marcus Hotel.  This development will provide an 83-guest bedroom hotel with public areas which will include a café, bar, and restaurant all while maintaining the much-loved listed building on Main Street.

Work is due to be completed in early 2025 in time for the return of the Open Championship.
