Value Car Parks Open for Business

MSM Contracts Ltd is delighted to be handing over the keys to Value Car Parks Ltd for their new headquarters on the prosperous Grosvenor Road Site. This site boasts 575 car parking spaces across 14 levels and 7000 sq ft state of the art office space, out of which they will host their Value Cabs taxi service.

This was a great project to be involved in and we would like to congratulate every member of our team who worked tirelessly to provide this astounding building on time to our client.

We wish Value Car Parks Ltd every success in their new headquarters!

NHBC Pride in Job Award 2020

MSM Contracts are delighted to announce that one of our residential project teams have been recognised for an NHBC Pride in the Job Award.

This award is dedicated to recognising site managers for their excellent standards on site and the quality of construction they’re managing. From 11,000 eligible nominees our Site Manager, Paddy Shortt, was just one of the 450 selected.

We are delighted for Paddy Shortt and the whole team involved in this project

COVID-19 Response

MSM Contracts have now re-opened some of our sites strictly in line with Government and professional bodies guidelines. We are taking all steps reasonable to ensure the protection of our workforce, sub-contractors and clients against COVID-19.

Our sites now operate under the recommended Site Operating Procedures. All sites are equipped with non-contact thermometer checking stations at site entrances, sanitising and handwashing stations and one way systems.

Company vehicles have undergone internal division to ensure compliance.

Our office locations are beginning to re-open with reduced attendance whilst some members of staff will continue to operate remotely.

We would ask for your understanding and co-operation.
