Construction works at our Hampton by Hilton site in Belfast city-centre recently passed the one year mark as shown in our short time-lapse video of progress to date.

Works are progressing well on this newbuild 178-bed hotel for leading local hospitality group, Andras House, with completion due around May 2018. The reinforced concrete frame is completed, with the building envelope and internal fit-out works well underway.

This will be the first Hampton by Hilton hotel in Northern Ireland and is one of two hotel projects MSM are currently constructing for Andras House, the other project being a 60-bed extension to the Holiday Inn Express in University Street, Belfast.

The design team on Hampton by Hilton are TODD Architects (architectural); Johnston Houston (QS & CDM Co-ordinator); Brian W Murray (civil & structural engineers); Caldwell Consulting (MEP services) and Philip Rodgers Design (interior design).
